This lovely green deciduous conifer is a well-established Bald Cypress – Taxodium distichum – that thrives at the Civic Garden Complex in London. Not sure how it survives our cold, snowy winters as it is native to the warm humid Southeastern and Gulf Coastal Plains of the US. I will have to find out!
