Eagle Feathers

Eagle Feathers

In North American Native culture, eagles represent power, healing, wisdom and connection to the Great Spirit. Eagles teach man the story of life. They teach one to live in balance with heaven and Earth, to love the shadow as much as the light and to soar with the gift of clear vision and tenacity. This image is a detail of a Native costume at the Pow Wow at the Museum of Archaeology, September 18, 2010.
