This old wall advertising or Ghost Sign - 'Oakville Hardware phone 290' and 'Buckingham Cigarettes' is an image I took several years ago. The brick has since been covered by siding.

Imagery of Light 
Great find and photo. Sometimes I think we act too fast with old-looking things – tearing them down or covering them up. Let them be – they add character to a place.
I totally agree with you – I am glad that I did take some photos of this before they covered it up.
