
I love the lines, colours and textures of Sycamore trees and in London we’re lucky to have many fine American Sycamores – they must like the climate and soil here. This is a view of Victoria Park in the middle of downtown and three such trees.

Every time you post something on Victoria Park my thoughts return to Port Elizabeth, South Africa where we lived before coming to Ireland… there too was a Victoria Park, like so many spots around the world named after the grand old lady.
