Interestingly, I keep coming back to this image. Firstly, it’s beautiful but also because I agree it’s a simple image but undoubtedly hard to capture, as simplicity often is. Also, it evokes a mood, a calmness. Imagery is an important part of the practice of mindfulness, something I’ve been reading a great deal about of late, and this image fits the criteria!
