I enjoy photographs like this, especially after having lived in London from 1967 to 1970, mostly for studying art at HB Beal. Special places: Wonderland Rd., Byron, Wolf Street, Victoria Park and Richmond Row.
thanks masqua! Beal eh? what a great place to study art. I take quite a few images of Victoria Park – the trees there are so beautiful. I also love photographing heritage buildings and architectural details and London certainly has a lot of them.

Great shot, Sheila, it is right up my alley.
lol…thanks Wayne.
What a fascinating perspective. One wouldn’t want to have to rush down the fire escape though …… Although, one would.
thanks meanderer… they do look a bit tretch but you’re right that one would if required. I think fire escapes add such character to older buildings.
