Very striking, definitely with a sci fi / otherworldly look to it – could be two rockets, side by side, preparing for lift off from their launch pads, amidst the pre-lift off fumes. A
thanks, Adrian… minimal landscape. that’s actually steam – it was quite cold this day.
Such a nice contrast..the hard, shiny, metal (phallic?) With those soft, whispers clouds..
ha thanks, Cynthia – urban power and nature’s light.
…or different ways of getting to heaven!
indeed… 🙂
I’ve found that this is best viewed enlarged on a full screen where those towers offer tiny details and a shiny metallic surface. It’s a perfect abstract composition of three contrasting elements. So satisfying Sheila!
thanks, John. It’s kind of out of place in the landscape but takes on so many looks. wish I could post my images larger but don’t feel comfortable doing so.
Nature and technology 🙂
🙂
Wow – this is stunning. And a little bit eerie.
thanks, Paula. I know what you mean.
Nice composition.
thank you! the steam sure helped. 🙂
Very sharp focus! Love this photo.
thanks – something a bit different that I see on the way into work each day.
This is a brilliant shot. Love it.
thanks, Lynn. Something a bit different but super contrasty.
