I’ve always looked for exposed roots on trees since my childhood – I used to clamber over them, as if they were steps. Hopefully I was too small to do much damage! These ones have wonderful colours.
Thanks, Susan – I too am fascinated by tree roots. The combo of cedar and wet give them such deep colours.
