Grey on Gray

Grey on Gray

Textured bark stands out in the forest. Not sure if this is a black cherry – has that look but will ask the expert at work. Also the spelling of grey or gray –  they both mean the same thing but British spelling is usually with an e and American with an a. I am surrounded by both spellings all the time and I think I generally use grey, likely because of Earl Grey and Greyhound. Go figure. 🙂

Oh The Stigma

Oh The Stigma

A beautiful lily from last July for some Friday colour. 🙂 After today, I’ve worked 26 days straight at two jobs with little time for photography or anything else. Time for a weekend and catching up with blogs, comments and finding some new images. Too bad it’s record cold temps but I have hope it will be an early spring.
