Is this the purple leaf sandcherry? I realized I’d never heard the term, and went looking. I’d assumed it was a low-growing, vining plant like our ground cherry. Not so! Reply
thanks – yes – purple leaf sandcherry. it’s a shrub that can grow pretty large. nice white flowers in spring.
