The bees do love them, don’t they? I have a friend who hates dandelions but loves bees. She lets the flowers bloom, but goes out every day and cuts off the heads as they begin going to seed. I tease her about it, but she says it’s not nearly as much work as keeping a “real” garden.
I love dandelions. My next project… dandelion tea and dandelion root coffee!
I occasionally eat a new leaf… just to show the grand-kids that dandelions are cool! 😉

Ha that sounds like a lot of work. I’ve always liked them and glad it’s more acceptable now to leave them. 🙂
There is beauty there…we just have to “see” it!
Thanks, Valerie!
Beautiful image, Sheila, and a favourite flower. A 🙂
Thank you, Adrian. I should actually start eating their leaves.
Yes, we play a game of leaving a few, removing some, leaving a few more, removing fewer ……. and so on! Pretty image!
Ha Ha thanks – yes my front lawn is like that… but the back has been claimed by all sorts.

PS – I love your lawn… much prettier than a green desert! 🙂
I figure it’s better just to leave them alone for the bees and friends. 🙂
Yep… I count myself as one of their friends! 😉
