Moon Flower

Fair moonflower, Ipomoea alba, only comes out at night but sometimes hangs around into early morning, just long enough to take a photograph. It climbs like other morning glories but has a beautiful strong scent.

A recent find in the backyard makes for a good subject. Native to North America, Blue Jays are colourful, noisy visitors at my feeders.
