The mini-bubble frost is gone as the cold weather was short-lived. We’re above freezing temperatures all week now. Not that I’m a fan of the cold but it is so much better when the snow stays for a while.
I took this yesterday morning of the warmer March sun rising over the woods. It was a beautiful sunny day on the plus side of things +6°C (43°F) and I’m amazed at how much the huge piles of snow have shrunk already.
A beautiful willow along the bank of the Thames River is framed by blue icy mist. It was about -20 Celsius (-4°F) the other morning at Greenway Park when I just had to take some shots and take the chance my camera could handle these temps and my hands!
