Sweet Little Bird

While in Cuba, this cute little bird was curious as to what I was photographing and sat and watched me for a few minutes so I turned and took its picture! Not sure what kind of bird it is… any ideas? Quite small with yellow and black feathers.

Visited Ziraldo Alpacas in Thorndale last evening and saw many beautiful Alpacas including these three girls.

Toadess

A little while ago I posted an image of Toady, our “pet” toad who lives in our side garden and has for many years. Introducing Toadess! She is also resident of the garden who has been here for the past two years. She is slightly orange and does look different from Toady but is just as large. She took a liking to some empty annual flower trays that were ready to be recycled so I created a mini toad condo with rocks and a ceramic dish for her and she loves her pink palace.

Here's a cute image I took at the car show - a family of zombies. Not sure if where you ar you have vehicles - mostly mini vans - with stick figure stickers of their entire family parasing around or not, but here in Canada it seems so common. This particular family was on the back window of an old car.

This particular, and very unusual and amusing family was on the back window of an old car. I love the high noon shadows.

Toady

Meet Toady, the large toad who’s lived in the side garden for the past four years. On Sunday, he was a bit cold and buried himself in the dirt to stay warm. He has a special water dish I keep filled that he likes to sit in most of the summer. 🙂
