Fishing on the ThamesYesterday evening, as it began to cool from a hot summer’s day, I caught this image of two people fishing on the Thames River east of London, Ontario.

Looking along the beach at Port Bruce, Ontario, two boys fishing in Lake Erie are silhouetted in the late afternoon light. The nearby pier was busy that day with all sorts of people fishing for smelt.
