An unusual image from last year’s car show of a truck’s reflective chrome features.

And now for something completely different. Many of you may know my love of photographing antique and classic cars. I’m looking forward to June 7th’s Fleetwood Country Cruize-In. Each year, I go to photograph the beautiful vehicles – always interesting and visual, always challenging. With shooting cars and reflective surfaces, the weather and lighting are important – ideally, overcast but bright. Most years it’s really hot, sunny and dusty but always a fun time. It’s a wonderful fundraiser and a great community event.

Here’s a cute image I took at the car show – a family of zombies. Not sure if this is popular where you are, to have stick figure stickers displayed on your vehicles’ back window but here in Ontario it is. This particular, and very unusual and amusing family was on the back window of an old car. I love the high noon shadows.
