This fabulous tulip lives at the top of my stone stairs in my side garden and is actually blooming a bit early this year! The neighbours must think I’m nuts as I was right down flat on the stairs to get this angle. Lol.
This pretty lily grows wild and cultivated all over Ontario.
The common Daylily, also called Tawny Daylily or Hemerocallis fulva, is native to Europe, China, Korea and Japan. This familiar, hardy flower is often mistaken as a native wildflower!
