Spring is Here!
Spring Bird
American Robin
One of the first birds to sing in the morning and one of the last to be heard at night, the Robin has a large repertoire of songs and calls. Given its name by early settlers because it resembled the English Robin, it is not a Robin however but a Thrush. Its arrival is one of the first signs of spring in Ontario.
