Deer Track

There's no mistaking this deer track in the snow - a large male by the looks of it. Many deer live in the nearby Medway Creek Heritage Forest.

I’m always fascinated by the tracks I find in the sand by my local creek, and this is a wonderful image and one I’d never see around here! Even though I do have feral deer passing through at times, it’s certainly never snowed.
Great contrasts of textures and sense of mystery.

Thank you. I too love tracks – snow, mud, sand. I don’t usually see such clear ones so I had to take a few photos of them.
