    • Ha that is funny but not unexpected as they are one of the few flowers up. We must be having a very similar late spring this year. Today was warm and beautiful so it’s coming your way. 🙂

  1. This is remarkably like our blue-eyed grass: not only in color, but also in structure. Blue-eyed grass is one of our first wildflowers, too. It’s isn’t really a grass; it grows from a rhizome, I believe. In any case — hooray that one of your spring beauties has shown up!
